Our discounted 30 minute sessions are the perfect opportunity to experience a range of services for energy healing and spiritual guidance. Walk-ins are welcome, based on availability.

Cancellation Policy

All bookings are non-refundable. Any appointments canceled within 24 hours of the appointment will forfeit the deposit paid. Any appointments canceled prior to 24 hours of the appointment will have their deposit applied to the next appointment. You must contact me directly to schedule the appointment to have the deposit applied. The deposit must be applied the the next appointment booked. There are no refunds, returns, or exchanges. All sessions and purchases are final. All Clients will be required to sign an agreement acknowledging the policies of Heather Lena before their scheduled appointment time. Any refusal to sign the agreement forfeits the deposit and the session will not be conducted.
