I was terrified of getting anything on my hands. That image was a breadcrumb, pointing to a memory that didn’t belong to this lifetime. Through that moment, I realized: our souls remember.

These memories don’t simply rest. They surface as phobias, chronic aches, and emotional landmines. When you find yourself triggered for “no reason,” it might be your soul calling attention to a story from centuries ago, still asking to be healed.
